What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, organization, phone), tender documents you upload for analysis, and details you submit through the contact form on this site.

Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To run the product: your tender documents are stored in your private workspace and processed by AI models solely to produce analyses, checklists and estimates for you.

Your documents are never sold, never shown to other customers, and never used to build datasets for anyone else.

Contact-form details are used only to respond to you.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (hosted on AWS, Mumbai region ap-south-1). Documents sit in per-account storage isolated by row-level security.

Your rights

Email letsbid@tendato.in to export or delete your account and its documents. Deletion removes your data from live systems within 30 days.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies for basic functioning and (only with your consent) analytics. You can reject non-essential cookies in the banner.
