The service
Tendato provides AI-assisted analysis of tender documents: summaries, risk indications, checklists, quantity extraction and related tooling.
AI output is assistance, not advice
Analyses are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. They do not replace reading the tender or professional legal / financial advice. Bid decisions, submissions and their consequences remain entirely yours.
No money handling
Tendato never holds, transfers or manages EMD amounts, bank guarantees or any funds. Trackers in the product are record-keeping tools only.
Your content
You keep all rights to documents you upload. You grant us only the processing rights needed to run the service for you.
Acceptable use
Don't upload documents you have no right to process, attempt to breach other accounts, or resell the service without an agreement.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
